Due to the member structure of Health E Club, a return after the point shipping in the order process would negatively affect other Health E Club members. Therefore, Health E Club has an order cancelation policy that is detailed below.

An existing order can only be cancelled by the Health E Club member who placed the order. No order can be cancelled or returned for any refund once it has been shipped by the manufacturer.
